We had an issue with our Ariston washing machine the other day and Terry was so helpful over the phone, took the time to try and help us out. The machine was under warranty, so Terry didn’t want us to be out of pocket when we didn’t have to so suggested contacting the company instead. Really helpful, lovely to deal with and was happy trying to help us out. Would definitely recommend and use again if we have any other issues. Thanks again Terry.

Just had Terry who arrived punctually to repair our Whirlpool Washing which was a good start?. Unfortunately, the washing machine was beyond economical repair. We really appreciated the time Terry took to explain and demonstrate the exact problems our machine encountered.

Additionally, we truly appreciated the time he took to recommend/reasons to replacing a washing machine and then was able to negotiate a very good replacement price and removal of the old machine. Thus, he provided us with an ??Excellent total service.

Additionally, he then fixed our oven door where we have been previously told that it could not be done and needed a new oven that would have cost us anther $700/-. Terry has been an excellent service provider and we highly recommend him to anyone…????? and I would definitely use him again and again.

Had an issue with my Miele Washing Machine today, spoke to Terry who informed me that it was a computer glitch. He very kindly talked me through a troubleshooting solution, which I followed to the letter.
