Had an issue with my Miele Washing Machine today, spoke to Terry who informed me that it was a computer glitch. He very kindly talked me through a troubleshooting solution, which I followed to the letter. So far, my washing machine is back to normal and I can’t thank Terry enough for giving me his professional advice. You are a Legend and I will highly recommend you to everyone
