My washing machine choice has been the ever-reliable value for your $buck$ Hoover 700lb 7.0kg Heavy Duty.

I’ve had Terry repair my original old Hoover “at affordable $$ as a single Mum raising 3 kids until she went no more “shaft was her death”. On the advice from Terry, I brought the new model in early 2000s, this Hoover is approx 17yrs old now, albeit she had a rest in storage for 5yrs. A few years later she decided that spinning wasn’t in her forte.

Gave Terry a call today to organise a time to have a look at my washing machine. After a 5 minute call Terry was able to give me advice and assistance to fix the machine myself. Very professional and friendly. Would defintely call Terry again for any trouble in the future.

We had an issue with our Ariston washing machine the other day and Terry was so helpful over the phone, took the time to try and help us out. The machine was under warranty, so Terry didn’t want us to be out of pocket when we didn’t have to so suggested contacting the company instead. Just had Terry who arrived punctually to repair our Whirlpool Washing which was a good start?. Unfortunately, the washing machine was beyond economical repair. We really appreciated the time Terry took to explain and demonstrate the exact problems our machine encountered.

Additionally, we truly appreciated the time he took to recommend/reasons to replacing a washing machine and then was able to negotiate a very good replacement price and removal of the old machine. Thus, he provided us with an ??Excellent total service.
